Back on Feb 16, 2004 we reported on a story first published by stareat.us: the $9.95 credit card charge associated with DavWebSoft Inc. To date we've not heard anything in the news if this company has been investigated or not. Our article has 120 comments with complaints.
Well now it seems that a new $9.55 credit card scam is taking place by the name of Astor Berning. Folks are sending in comments in our forums about the unauthorized credit card charge of $9.55 from "ASTOR BERNING 800-307-6961 DE". Watch your statements and if you find such (or any) unauthorized charges contact your local police.
