Can anyone help? My account got hacked and someone changed my password and secret answer to the challenge question. My DOB and zip code are all still right though. I have never used a credit card or entered an alternate email address. I would settle for the account to be totally closed and I would start from scratch AS LONG as I can get that user-name back. Is that possible? This email is linked to EVERYTHING of mine. If I have to pick a new user-name, all my accounts else where would be screwed!

They will not help me if I can't answer the challenge question. I offered to scan my license and Birth of Cert. and email it to them but they still say that's not good enough. Glad something stupid like my "pet's name" is a better way of proving it's me.....

I asked my contact at Yahoo... what is your contact information so Customer Care will be able to look into it. Of course its best if you email me instead of post your contact info here publicly.
