Nice to be here. Couldn't see the point of starting a new thread for the same topic, so I'm posting to this oldish one. Hope this is ok
I signed up for the premium account on 21st April '08 & just wondering when my status might change. I can provide a receipt if required.

All account changes are processed manually, so it always depends on the busy-ness of Paul. A bit of patience is required sometimes.

Hello, I thought this would be the most appropriate thread to enquire as to my account status.
I made a donation in Jan 2007 when I was helped by the good people on this site. Does this grant me Premium status, or do I need to make a donation through the specific "upgrade" link?
I am just re-discovering this forum after a period away and noticed that I couldn't access the Premium Chat topic on the forum.

I still haven't been given the "PREMIUM" service that I have paid for. I find it very disturbing that I paid thru PayPal and the funds were withdrawn immediately, but then I have not received the service that I have paid. I understand that moving takes some time but this is abit too long. Over 30 days and still nothing!

You can PM, e-mail, call or send a letter to Robin as she is in control of CastleCops now, as far as we know, and see what reason she uses to keep people waiting so long. At least I am interested as well in what her reason is.. _________________ Trained by MalWare Removal

Welcome to Castle Cops...I apologize that you are experiencing a delay in obtaining premium service...
There is no reasonable excuse for the long wait and I will not attempt to pretend otherwise...I have sent an email to see if we can get your premium status updated ASAP and personally ask for your patience...
