hello all could somebody tell me how to turn the wireless on, on my e-system 3083 laptop! i have been trying in vein with the sky computer guys to set up my network and they have come up with the conclusion that i have it turned off, i can see no visible sign of a switch or lcd or anything on my keyboard, i am at a loss, your help would be very much apreciated, cheers guys!!!

Check the edges/sides of the laptop.
I once had a similar encounter at work with a Dell laptop that had the on/off switch for the WLAN located near the joint between keyboard/screen, in a place where I usually grabbed it  _________________ Kitten: small homicidal muffin on legs: affects human sensibilities to the point of endowing the most wanton and ruthless acts of destruction with near mythical overtones of cuteness. Not recommended for beginners, get at least two. [Fafnir]
