I just noticed that when accessing a file in My Documents (Azureus Downloads), the whole computer freezes. Only by going to Windows Task manager and ending the "MY Computer not responding" will cure it. It's funny that accessing any other file in MY Computer is OK. Even when the cursor moves over the Azueus Downloads causes this to happen too.
Of course I uninstalled Azureus and TRIED to delete the Azureus Download file but cannot, becaue whenever I click on it to delete (or move or anything)...freeze...My Computer not responding...
What it it? I ran CCleaner, Spy Terminator, Norton, Adaware, but they say everything is clean.

Thanks for the help.
I did everything and up to the prompt "Are you sure Y/N".
I typed "Y and entered but it went back to the previous line, prior to the prompt (the line before I typed 'del "Azureus Downloads"').
I checked, and it's still there.

Sounds like your might have a service that is running attempting to share that folder out for file sharing - did you reboot the computer after removing Azureus? Yes, I rebooted after removing Azureus from the add/remove on the control panel.

Thanks for all this.
No, I didn't try trying to delete it from safemode. How do I do this?
Also, I have emule. But it was not connected when I tried deleting Azureus Downloads. Should I delete this too?

I think it is fixed (knock on wood).
First, eMule used a different file, so I didn't think it could be related, but I was prepared to delete it.
I rebooted for one last time and, upon shutdown Windows updates needed to be installed. Upon startup, a box appeared saying that a piece of malware was detected and removed. I tried to access that bad file and, surprisingly, it let me, and then I quickly deleted it. Everything seems fine now.
Was that it, a piece of malware was responsible, that my security programs couldn't detect before?
One last question, if this was it, is there a really good piece of software that I can buy that would detect things like this that my Norton, Adaware and Spy Terminator couldn't? I'll get it in a heartbeat!
In any case, thanks guys and thanks Castlecops for the help!

I don't know what happened. Could have been malware. I think that the "Malicious Software Removal Tool" was one of the updates, so yeah, maybe.
Take a look at these. They have free versions as well as paid versions.
