how do I open Active scan2.0 while they experience internal problems?

Clarify please. Which Active scan are you referring to?
Are you having a problem running your Avira AntiVir program?

To run Panda's online (web-based) scan you will need first to turn off Avira's guard first. Do the online scan.
When done, be sure to re-enable AntiVir guard.

To start the Control Center for AntiVir, the following options are available:
– double click the program icon on your desktop
– via the AntiVir Personal program entry in the start menu | program.
– via the Avira AntiVir Personal tray icon.

Once the main screen shows, look at line for AntiVir Guard. Click on "DeActivate" to stop it. Then you can do an online scan.

Reverse the process and re-active when all done.
