I want to install windows defender on my system,But first i would like peace of mind about the harmony of my security software setup.I currently run IE-SPYAD,spyware blaster,comodo firewall and avast anti virus,So will i be okay to add defender,Thanks for your help.

Yes, it will do just fine. You didn't state your version of Windows. If yours is Vista, Win Defender is included.

Yes, that is still ok. You are encouraged to get Windows Defender if you do not already have it.
