Ny name is charles, let me first say I am not totally

clueless as I have always been able to fix win98. My

friend Judy has not been able to use her Dell XP for two

months...I am baby sitting her dogs this weekend and

thought I could fix her computer.

I have vision problems;I see with one lagally blind eye

only and it burns and tears when I am at computer very

long.

I have been trying to remove her spyware for over 34

hours...HELP PLEASE...

she has muti file and exe names that will not delete.
I've run spybot aeveral times and on startup...The site

seems to be down for Vunudofix...I been in safe mode!

Yesterday I couldn't even get stable web pages. finally

I am able to access the web without going to rouge

pages. Unless net is needed I have it turned off at the

modem...

I've run: CA. ATT/SBC her default, Hijackthis1.99, Virus

and spyware programs, spybot with function to start on

boot in safe mode and regular this has let me on net.

I've run today, exterminate,avg anti

spyware,FixLinkopt.exe, atecleaner.rouge remover,and

superantispyware.
super antispyware found 79 and I reran it and it found

six...

with1.99 I tried fixing most all 02 on HJT...

HERE is the log also I'll try to post the superspylog.
spybot reported error will checking which said:
not spelling the entire path using shorthand
c:\spybot\includes\trogans.sbi
"" "" \includes2\trogandc.sbi
see error log didn't find log or I would post...
