Hi pumpkinsun05, and Welcome to CC
If you mean the icons on your Desktop then right click on a blank part of the Desktop (that is, anywhere on the main Desktop that is not an icon) and hover your mouse over 'Arrange Icons by'. Another menu will appear. Make sure 'Autoarrange' is not checked. If it is, click it to remove the check mark. Then try dragging an icon again. _________________ Never stop learning

Hello Pumpkinsun05. I remember asking this same question not too many months ago. _________________ The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts.
