Yesterday my site was fine. Today, when I go to my home page and click on an internal link, it takes me to a page which reads:
Hacked by CaLLDeRooN
New Root by SiberAskerler.Org
Turkish Hacker…!
How do I fix this?
How do I prevent it from happening again?
I understand that forum rules prevent me from posting my URL here. However, if anyone can help and needs to know my URL, I would be happy to send it in a private message.
My deepest appreciation to anyone that can help.
Regards,
Doug

I've found the issue. The index.html and index.php files in sub-folders had been changed.
I don't know how he got access to the files. I'm looking into this now. In any case, please ignore the above request as the immediate issue has been resolved.

The hacker may have been able to upload the files by taking advantage of an exploit in things like forums or content management systems.
If you have anything like that on your website, check that it is updated to the latest version. _________________ Got Windows XP? Help protect your PC from malware with Microsofts anti-spyware program Windows Defender.
