I used to synchronizing Outlook2003 between my office (based upon Exchange) and my laptop (especially: the appointments in the calendar).
I worked very well until I recently installed B9 on my laptop.
I checked the message log and I realized that my office emails were filtered.
I then went to the options, and I added my office address in the "domain and address ovverrides". I set the security profile to "low".
But my problem remains: outlook calendar/mails from my office are totally "washed" by B9 and I have to set manually all my new appointments coming from this mean.
So my question is: should I uninstal B9 or is there a setting that I could try?
regards

Any idea what B9 is removing? Have you left the "Low" settings at default?
Perhaps for the "Low" setting, you could try allowing more mechanisms to work until mail gets through. Do calender appointments use particular file extentions? Perhaps allow such extentions to see if that at least works.

|
|
Hi,
I'm trying to work out why 'meeting requests' sent from an external source that uses Entourage on a Mac are not being treated as Alerts when they arrive in my Outlook inbox. I have tested that meeting requests from an external source that uses Outlook is working ok, and I'm trying to eliminate any other possibilities.
I looked to see if there was anything on the forum, but the headings don't seem likely to have the answer. The posting I've linked to seems to have a similar problem.
Sorry if I'm in the wrong place.
