I know this probably isn't the right area to post this, but I wondering while trying to clearr HD space. What all can I delete in the Temp folder? Like can I delete Hpdj0000.pdl, a HP printer file of some sort? I know I delete most install files on it, but what about .cfg, .tmp, .cab, .zip, .idx, ihtml, folders, etc...??? Thanks for the help and sorry to trouble you over such a stupid and probably obviously easy answer.

The Temp folder is full of copies of files used by installers uninstallers and other things which are no longer needed. Some programs store temp files while they run. You can delete anything in there. Some files will still be in use and if that is the case, those will not all delete. Restart and delete the contents of the folder if you like.
