Symantec Anitvirus CE 8.0 AMS actions completely disappeared

Hi

my SAV Server lost the AMS configured actions. In the configuration console is nothing, but if I restart the server, all actions are available.
I didn`t find everything about this problem on the Symantec page, so I need your help.
