I have a laptop with XP pro and my stupid live update window pops up around 4 or 5 times per day, even when LiveUpdate is set to off! This is a problem when I'm giving presentations, etc. Has anyone run into this before? Any help is appreciated.

What version of NAV are you running? Are you on a network, or is it a stand alone computer?

open control panel=administrative tool=services=
search for norton live update,properties,at startup type, set to manual
