You will in all likelyhood recieve help faster, IF you title your post more clearly. For example: Coolwebsearch, About:Blank, downloader trojan etc.

Why will that help? The reason you are here is to rid yourself of the garbage which has been put on your machine. Some of that garbage has known quick removal instructions, and some of it changes on a daily basis. Thus the reason we have various levels of volunteer staff. These people are here to help you, please try to help them by indicating at least part of your problem in the title. If all you know is that you get popups, say that. We know you are here to get help.
