I checked that file at Kaspersky and not virus is detected.
Try cleaning up in safe mode.
Boot to safe mode: Instructions here.
Make sure you can view hidden and system files: Instructions here.
Then browse to the C:\documents and settings\User Name (Repeat for all users)\local settings\temp folder and delete all files and folders in it.
Then browse to the C:\Windows\Temp folder and delete all files in it.
Then in internet explore click tools>internet Options>General. Click on Delete Files make sure you get all offline content as well. _________________ Yellowhammer

Download copylock here.
Run CopyLock:
set up these options:
-Check- 'Show Source paths'
-Check: 'Allow Downgrade'
Click the 'Add' tab -> 'Files to delete'
In the 'Look in..' Dialogue box navigate to the location of dvr7.tmp.dll (c:\documents and settings\rob\local settings\temp\dvr7.tmp.dll) and select the file.
Click the Add Button on the right side of the dialog.
When you have all done, then press the apply button. _________________ Yellowhammer
