I got a message when NAV ran automatic check that it found a W32Netsky virus in MailWasherPro\Trash.mbox Any idea what this is and/or what I should do about it?
Actually there were two, and the file names are slightly different.
NAV also said "delete failed" so I guess it tried to delete them but couldn't.

Symantec has removal tools for a variety of the w32.netsky virus. It sounds like yours is still in the Mailwasher trash. Was the mail left on the server or have you downloaded it. You should be able to delete it from there. Just don't open the attachments. If you have been infected use the url to remove it.

Thanks, Chuck. Thing is, the whole point behind MailWasher is that the mail doesn't leave the server for you to look at it. You delete it right from the server. It doesn't get downloaded to my computer unless it's from someone I know. I'll still look at the Symantec site, as they may have something helpful. Any other comments still welcome.
