Im trying to download AntiVir but i keep getting an error when it finishes. Ive tried using winzip (i get a warning about bad header, error in transfer) and winrar (says one of the files is corrupt). ive tried downloading on two computers in last 5 minutes, same error. this worked a couple of weeks ago. for some reason, i also cant acess the antivir homepage.

winrar error:
! C:\avwinsfx.exe: CRC failed in disk_1\AVPACK32.DLL. The file is corrupt

ive tried multiple times and after restarting the computer.

Howdy,

hang on folks! I had the same problem after getting my "TEST" machine updated. I did not save it to my drive (stupid) and am having the same problems. I am trying to get an answer from AVPE Germany as to what is going on. As soon as I know more I will post here.

mike

UPDATE: on a third computer, the setup file that i downloaded from computercops was still corrupt. however, i was able to connect to the AntiVir homepage and it downloaded and installed fine. i would have tried that the first time, but i hadnt been able to connect to the site. do is it just a bad file on this server?

Howdy,

New version is being uploaded this weekend by Prince. Try again on Monday. I will be testing it myself.

Upload complete. This time I sent it zipped. I also provided (up to July 10/04) the Engine and VDF files. Very Happy
