I have the trojan horse downloader.Istbar.4.H and it is in my c:\_restore\temp\A0006166.CPY. AVG cannot heal this nor move it to the virus vault. When I go to the folder to delete it, it says "access denied: file may be in use". My system restore is not enable and never has been as I never use it. How do I get rid of this virus? Crying or Very sad

Try deleting the file from Safe Mode.

How do I start in safe mode? I am using win ME.
