I am running Suse 9.1
get message in YaST 2 when beginnining install
"package avglinux-7.0-10_suse_avi0333.i386 was not found on the medium"

I know very little about Linux Systems. It appears that your YaST2 does not know where to look for the avglinux package.
Patience. I will go ask some of our other experts. Perhaps they will have an answer for you?

Hi NorthendNorman,
Did you copy to suse/noarch if so try i586 instead of noarch.
If that doesn't work, can you tell me the numerical value associated to the error message please.
