Security Centre SP2 how to get AVPE to recognise it?

Very Happy Hi ,how can i get the security centre in SP2 to recognise AVPE,i am sure that it did previously?,as it did with avast and avg 6.0 (but then did not?,is this common,some advice appreciated,AVPE is my current and preferred AV now,quick easy,no problems.

There is a new program version - 6.28.00.00 . It should be okay after the update.

I have the latest Updated program 6.28.00.00 ect,but AVPE is still not recognised in the security centre?.

Hi back,thanks back fo rthe reply,i have already disabled av alerts(re-microsofts bulletin) ,some time ago telling the security centrei will monitor av myself,i have the latest AVPE program and all updates still no luck,have uninstalled NAV2003 using tool from symantec and all records in the registry of past avs,any help appreciated,AVPE is working ok apart from not being regognised,this is now BUGGING Me!!! Twisted Evil
HELP PREQUIRED!.

I'm still looking, but don't have much time. I will be setting up an XP box in the near future so I can catch up and try out problems like this.

The really important thing though is that AVPE is working! We will get this figured out.

Hi back and thanks for the reply!,yes AVPE is working just fine,still no AVPE in the security centre,tried everything i can think of and what has been recommended by everyone/,strange eh? Very Happy
