Comes in the guise of an eBay email, offering membership upgrade to 'eBay Power Seller' and with a clickable link in the email. No doubt this leads to a form involving inputting user name and password.
Amateurish, with spelling/grammatical errors. A WHOIS on the email source shows a Romanian root. _________________ Use your expertise to avoid situations where you might need it.

Have you reported it to anyone, such as the ISPs of the originating email or target URL or to ebay itself? _________________

Yes, I reported it to eBay and they acknowledged.
