Howdy,
Please post the portion of your AVPE scan log showing where the infection is and exactly which dyfuca it is. _________________ "Anyone who considers protocol unimportant has never dealt with a cat."

DyFuca is a Trojan downloader and comes in many guises like Internet Optimizer, SafeSurfing, SearchRelavancy etc. So, if you find any of these entries in Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel, remove them.
More Info here
Is AntiVir is detecting the Dialer? Does it remove the threat? Since, it's a Dialer/Trojan, some AVs can not remove/detect it. You have to use Trojan removal tools and/or AntiSpywares.
Download and install these tools:-
CCleaner
AdAware
SpyBot SnD
TrojanHunter Trial
Boot in SAFE Mode and run the tools in below order:-
CCleaner --> Click "Options" button and here go to "Settings" tab and uncheck the option "Only delete files in Windows Temp folder older than 48 hours". Click OK to exit from the Options. Finally click "Run Cleaner"
AdAware --> Click "Scan Now" button in the left pane and select the radio button "Perform full system scan" and click "Start"
SpyBot SnD --> Go to "Mode" menu and click "Advanced". Then "Settings" tab in the left pane, and click "File Sets" and here selec the file set named "Usage Tracking" and "Tracks.uti". Then click "SpyBot S&D" button in the left pane and click "Check For Problems"
TrojanHunter --> Select all the Hard Disk partitions and click "Full Scan"
And, update your AntiVirus and perform a Full System scan.
Post back the results.
