I'm using a 56Kbps Modem.
Everytime upon connected, there is a message displayed:

" TCP/IP CP connected successfully.

IPX/SPX or compatible CP reported error 718: The connection was terminated because the remote computer did not respond in a timely manner. "

I am then prompted to either 'Accept' the connection, or 'Hang Up'.

Still, I could access the internet.

Q1: May I know is there anything wrong with this?
Q2: Why does applications (such as IE) takes a long time to show up when it is opened, right after connection is established?
