I am trying to run a system recovery on my computer. I insert hp QuickRestore System Recovery CD Disc 1 of 4 into my drive and when i reboot my computer it says there is a problem with drive Q: or some sort. When I put the cd into my drive and open the contents of the folder, the only file in the "Restore" folder is named "factory.pqi" and i cant open it because it does not recognize the file extension and i cannot seem to find a program to run this file.. what else can i do in order to restore my computer to the original location as when i bought it?
Thanks
