I am using Win98SE and I shifted the C:\Windows\Temp Internet Files to another empty partition by using Tools -> Internet Options -> Settings -> Move Folder. My idea was that by doing so, the files will be downloaded to the other partition and when I delete these files off and on, the deletion will take place in the empty partiton and c:\ will not require frequent deragmentation.

2. But to my surprise, the temp files are being downloaded to both the folders thus defeating the very purpose for which I had shifted the folder.

3. How can I avoid downloading the internet files to C:\ partition??
