That looks good DemonSummonerZ, the only finding was an archive in your Temp Internet files and CCleaner should get rid of that (if it doesn't then let me know).
I notice you did not configure AntiVir to search 'All Files' as I suggested in my earlier post, you really should do that otherwise you will not have a comprehensive scan; it could even explain why BitDefender found some things AntiVir had not found! The default setting is fine for non-infected computers but not when your machine is riddled with 'nasties'.
With regard to the 'Warning' messages, generally we don't worry about these since they usually relate to important system files that are running in memory at the time of the scan and therefore cannot be accessed. Usually they are quite safe; however you do appear to have rather a lot of .dll files which remain unscanned, I have not inspected all of them individually but I believe they are MS files relating to Service Pack 1, as per the list here:- http://www.tokeshi.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=3618
In which case you can ignore the warnings.
You really should upgrade to SP2, it is much safer and there is little point in cleaning out your system only to have it infected again!
It's a pity you could not D/L ewido, but if in future you want to try an online scan here are a couple of links:-
ewido Active X version - http://www.ewido.net/en/onlinescan/
ewido Java version - http://www.ewido.net/en/onlinescan/run/
These are beta at the moment, so you should bear that in mind.
Finally may I recommend you take a little time to look through some of the suggestions, for your future security, given here:- http://wiki.castlecops.com/Tiers_for_Fears_Cleaning_Malwares_-_Take_2

Your scan log with AntiVir was clean, aside from an archive which is no danger so long as the baddie is not extracted from the archive. Archives generally have to be manually deleted, but because yours was in your Temp Internet Files it is very easy to remove by running CCleaner. However if you go to any more bad sites you could easily pick this sort of thing up again - which is why it is a good idea to regularly clean out your TIFs.
I would recommend you open Internet Explorer, click Tools/Internet Options/Advanced, then scroll down to the 'Security' section and put a tick in the box for 'Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed'; finally click O.K to save the setting. This will mean that your TIFs will be automatically cleared out every time you exit from I.E.
So long as future scans with AntiVir say you are clean then that is O.K., you should have no problem.
But I do suggest you visit this site for Windows Updates:- http://v5.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/v5consumer/default.aspx?ln=en-us
You will be able to install SP2 from there.
You can also re-enable System Restore, if you have not already done so.
