HI I hope u can help me. Since yesterday I have been getting a virus pop-up evertime I log on to my web site saying that downloader was found and that it was unable to repair this file and access to the file was denied.
The risk can be resolved and the infected file is in temp internet files IE5\.
But the next time I log onto my account the virus is back again, it doesnt happen whilst on any other website only on my own. Norton doesnt pick up on any problems on system scan only when i access my homepage on my web.
I have deleted cookies, temp internet files and run ad-aware aswell as live updates but still no difference.
I am not brilliant with technical jargon and I really dont know what to do to resolve this problem. plz plz can someone help me, Ive considered just going back to factory settings and losing everthing but If its only my website im likely to be back to square on when I log onto it next. I really dont want to lose my website as alot of time has gone into it..
Any help would be appreciated very much
Deb

Hi Deb :
When posting on a forum, it is always advisable to mention the name
of your Operating System . Assuming you have either Win XP or
Win 2000, I recommend you try the "trial" version of "Ewido",
available from www.ewido.net/en . Hopefully using this program will
"solve" your problem, requiring no other program(s); this program
"specializes" in detecting & removing trojans, worms, keyloggers,
generic dialers, etc that Norton is NOT good at doing . _________________ For the BEST in what counts in Life :
