A "work unit" or "WU" (or "WOO" if you talk to Tim) is that part of the genome or protein that your computer "folds" for the Stanford research.

I would prefer to have the Linus one with the cute lil penquin, but I have to choose one of the above! AND I do not know which one to choose!

Until I have a revelation of which one to download, I am unable to partake of changing the world via my computer!

Assuming it's a Windows system (99% likelihood) try Start >> Settings >> Control Panel >> System. Then respond with the information displayed.
