To better secure my machine, I've turned on the outbound firewall filtering within Windows Vista. However, this leaves it to me to grant access to the specfic apps I want to be able to access the web. While I have most of my applications down, I can't for the life of me find out what apps are involved in Windows Updates and/or Automatic Updates.

Granting access to wuapp.exe allowed me to see what updates were available, but obtaining them fails.

Can anyone give me a list of the apps that are used to manage manual (Windows Update) and automatic updates?
