I am running vista ultimate X86 on a core 2 duo 2.4 with 2ghz ram... ati x1650pro

Everytime I try to upload pictures on a website... it will come out blurred

I tried on different websites that let you upload image and its all the same thing... the picture wont come out clean!!!

The image uploaded on 8/13 seems distorted; other pictures in the series appear to be okay.

Perhaps the problem is with the original file itself. Try uploading the file from a different computer.

Yeah I Know, Sorry for not precising, all the other pictures were uploaded back when I was on XP !!!
