Everytime I start the computer or reboot, I cannot connect to the internet. I get the ole blue screen of Unable to Connect. I run diagnostics every time and get the error that and invalid LSP - i386.dll is causing the problem and then asks if it can delete it. I respond with YES and then re-start IE 7.0 and then it connects fine. How do I delete this LSP permanently! THanks anyone!

1. Please download LSPFix from here.
2. Run the LSPFix.exe that you have just finished downloading.
3. Check the I know what I'm doing box.
4. In the Keep box you should see one or more instances of i386.dll
5. Select every instance of i386.dll and move each one to the Remove box by clicking the >> button.
6. When you are done click Finish>> _________________ IT Stuff

I ran the LSPFix and it brought up an LSP it recommended I delete. I did that and I can connect just fine until I close my profile. When I reload under my user name again, same issue is back. Is there a more permanent fix or should this LSPFix program do that? Thanks for your help. Any other suggestions? Appreciate it!

Please click Here to download HijackThis to your desktop.
Click the Download button. When the Trend Micro HJT install box appears, double click on the HJTInstall.exe. Click on Install.
It will be installed by default here: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
A shortcut to the application will also be placed on your Desktop.
The program will open automatically after installation.
You can double-click the icon that was placed on the Desktop to run subsequent HijackThis scans or you can use the icon inside the folder. The folder HijackThis is where you will find the HJT logs that you save. When you use the application to remove anything, you will also find the backup copies made by HJT inside this folder.
Click on "Do a system scan and save logfile" When the log pops up in Notepad, copy and paste that file back here. _________________ IT Stuff
