Norton has found a generic dialer: btwebcontrol.dll in c:\programs\onlineservices\btyahoo\hppre05.msi

Norton internet security says removal attempt failed.
Just before I did the scan which uncovered the dialer, My screen went crazy and there were some strange msn messages and all sorts of weird blank
windows explorer windows opening.

your urgent Help is appreciated I am so fed up and frustrated.

Please do not use your email in posts. Spammers use spiders to harvest valid email addresses that are publicly displayed in sites like this to add to their lists. I guarantee your email address has already been harvested, so you can expect a lot more spam as a result, even if your address is now removed. Never post your email address publicly.
