Hello, I thought this would be the most appropriate thread to enquire as to my account status.

I made a donation in Jan 2007 when I was helped by the good people on this site. Does this grant me Premium status, or do I need to make a donation through the specific "upgrade" link?

I am just re-discovering this forum after a period away and noticed that I couldn't access the Premium Chat topic on the forum.

I have paid for the "PREMIUM" through PayPal and yet I am still not "PREMIUM". It has been right at a month since I have paid and nothing yet.

Paul and Robin are in the in the middle of a move and we have heard nothing of the new owners of CastleCops yet, so I guess you will have to wait a (little or not little) longer.

I still haven't been given the "PREMIUM" service that I have paid for. I find it very disturbing that I paid thru PayPal and the funds were withdrawn immediately, but then I have not received the service that I have paid. I understand that moving takes some time but this is abit too long. Over 30 days and still nothing!

You can PM, e-mail, call or send a letter to Robin as she is in control of CastleCops now, as far as we know, and see what reason she uses to keep people waiting so long. At least I am interested as well in what her reason is..
