You have the latest version of RapidBlaster, which I'm not sure Javacool's RBKiller will remove.

Please do the following (it may help if you print this out! ):

Start your computer in Safe Mode, and delete:

The C:\Program Files\PVM folder
The C:\Program Files\RBEnhance folder

The C:\WINDOWS\lssndupp.exe file
The c:\windows\system\nvid32.exe file

NOTE: To avoid the risk of any of the above not being found due to them having the 'Hidden' attribute, first make sure that in Folder Options > View hidden and operating system files are set to show:

How to Show Hidden/System Files

Now, still in Safe Mode, run Hijack This, and have it fix the following:

OK, Sorry it ook so long to respond to you, however the error was coming up as soon as I clicked on my Internet Explorer Icon therefore I couldn't even get online! I ran HijackThis after following your instructions and I am no longer getting the WINDEC32.DLL error but I am getting a new error that reads INEB.DLL and kicks me off the internet once it pops up. Any suggestions? This is my latest log. Thank you so much for the assistance.

Hi Marlette,

1. Download, unzip and run Process Explorer and end process (Kill) on C:\WINDOWS\LSSNDUPP.EXE.
http://www.sysinternals.com/files/procexp9x.zip
(Click Start > Run > copy the above link and paste into the Open box and click OK)

2. Run HijackThis again and place a check in the box next to the following items. Doublecheck so as to be sure not to miss one.
Next, close all browser Windows, and have HT 'fix checked'.

You Must restart your computer in safe mode when you're done.

OK, this is the latest and greatest. For some reason after I rebooted it would not allow me to delete C:\Windows\LSSNDUPP.EXE. I started up in safe mode, however the error message I got when I tried to delete it was can not delete, being used by windows..... ? Also, I didn't see the file c:\windows\system\cabchk32.exe

Here's the latest log:

Please do the following, in exactly that order:

Disconnect your computer from the internet, and go to Start > Run > Taskmgr and hit Enter.

End task on the Pwroff.exe process, and subsequently delete the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\PWROFF.EXE file itself.

LSSNDUPP.EXE isn't running in memory, so you should be able to delete that one as well.

Now use Hijack This to fix the following items:

F1 - win.ini: run=c:\windows\system\pwroff.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Pwroff] c:\windows\system\pwroff.exe

Restart your computer, and please post a fresh log.
