I received my license code on 4/20 and I've finally cleaned up my harddrive enough to install new software... I can't figure out where to get the software from. I've tried registering for the free trial, but I'm not receiving any emails on how to install the product. I'm thinking maybe hotmail is blocking the emails. Does anyone know what I should add to my safelist to receive emails from facetime?

I know the emails went out on the others, have you checked your spam folders? On the xblock I'm not sure what to do, that may be a coupon?

yes Paul, I checked spam folders, etc.,etc....ZERO, nonah, nothing was there. I did have my computer down for a couple days at one point in time and re-installed windows so just maybe that could be the problem but don't really know. As far as the "coupon" for X-BLOCK, not too sure what you mean. If there is anything else you can do, then great, if not, the "thought counts" and thats OK. Thnks for snappy reply. Ciao!

You know, the email that says, CLICK ON THIS LINK to activate your membership. SPAM filters are not an issue because it's going to an account that has no SPAM limitations.

Do you have any suggestions?
