Well, you can always go with the "Pan" of I believe Greek Mythology, who watched over herds or flocks, something like that, although the looks may leave something to be desired, Pan looked like a goat in a way. Hey, he looked like a goat and watched over sheep?? Shocked Something funny there
Laughing But that's about the only other one I knew of.

Paul

it's got to work for me.

when flying in the 70's on long range recon aircraft we were all trained to call out on the international guard frequency; "PAN,PAN,PAN";
if we saw any missiles rising or overflying our position and report our location and heading and altitude and airspeed,
and then report the range to the rising missile or the bearing to it's over flight track and so on.
approx speed etc.

so, that name PAN was selected in the brevity code to warn of WAR.

That's pretty much it in a nutshell then, it's what you want it to mean and is your choice on how to take it, what it means to you. I certainly don't mean it other than a short cut for a name and didn't think otherwise. Well, regardless, I won't use it, as I stated, it's not out of laziness, simply, as where I live, if we get along with someone, we use short names so I meant no offense for sure and will just tpye P.I. or Pan_Irish, no problem. I got the bad end of the bargain, you can't make a short name for "PAUL". Well, nothing that sounds human anyway. Pa? PU? Shocked AL? Not much to work with, ,lol.

Contact them, if they have your email, they will likely have your key. They are very good about responding.

Ok, I think <can't remember> that was sent out by CC, which either there was a mistake or you were disqualified for some reason. If your name is on the list, I doubt that's the case but the e-mail would then came from Paul and Robin. They would be the ones to ask. Wink

Cheers,

Paul
