It seems like the actual Castlecops AUP already makes use of bold, underline, italics, and deliberate spacing to improve readability.

In my opinion, drawing attention to the AUP once again, as you have done, is sufficient.

If you think the official Castlecops AUP (linked above) is also unreadable, then please make some suggestions on how its readability can be improved.

Otherwise, I believe no further action is required.
