I had tried ALL the fixes listed by you and those at The Symantec's site and still had the error! God knows I´v spend more time trying to fix this error then I would do pressing "ok" three times at start up 2 years ahead =) A BIG thanks to all of you though, and specially to CcmputerLady, whose suggestion to copy NAVSHEXT.DLL fixed my error.
