I think this may help:
Go to the login page and click the 'Lost your Password' link. An email will be sent to your friend's address. Ask them to forward this message to you and you should be able to login as your old self.
Then go to The Moat (top right of the screen), Your Account, Change Your Info. You can then change your email addy, and your password if you want to.
Hope this helps. _________________ Never stop learning

By default Internet explorer does not empty the temporary internet files folder. You can set it to empty temporary internet files when browser is closed under tools, internet options, the advanced tab, under the security section near the bottom check empty temporary internet files when browser is closed.
Using Ccleaner to clean your PC is a good maintance tip. It is a good idea to manually go to the C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temp folder and remove the files manually. If all the Windows are closed except Windows explorer and one does not remove, you may have an infection especially if it is an executable file (.exe).

ummm, actually, I am pretty sure that is incorrect - Windows *actively* uses a couple of .tmp files in your temporary files folder even with *nothing* else running, especially with XP and Vista.
The way I do it is to select all files, hit delete, and when it splutters on a single file, cancel the procedure, then select all but that one file and repeat.
However, now I just rely on CCleaner to do it all for me - it's easier, faster, and more effective. _________________ <img src="http://www.castlecops.com/zx/johnlgalt/johnlgalt%20sig.png">

Hi All,
This is all way to funny, but some just want to turn on thier PCs/Laptops w/o security & have some fun surfing...NOT!
I am running Vitsa Home Premium with SP1, but have the upgrade to Ultimate, but not ready to upgrade just yet.
The ONLY programs I use are "Windows Live One Care", CCleaner & SpyBot S&D, although I am trying PrevxCSI.
IMHO, some people use way too much security s/w & some conflict with others, e.g. Adaware conflicts with SpyBot S&D.
It has been told not to use Adaware & SpyBot S&D together on a PC/Laptop because of conflicts!
With what I have now, my PC runs very smooth and everytime I do an AV scan which includes scanning for spyware, malware, trojans, etc. and NADA Same thing with SpyBot S&D & my newly DLed PrevxCSI. They find no malware, rootkits, trojans, etc. running on my PC, so I guess I'm pretty safe.
All Take Care & Peace!
P.S. (I know of one woman who uses a PC regularly for an HIV/AIDS org site and thinks AV software is enough security! She knows nothing about security, so I led her here to CC. I really hope she's using this site for problems that may arise, etc?) _________________ Warm Regards,
