Sure, I'll help but how do you know you are not being infiltrated by the phishers themselves. If I were one of the "bad guys" I certainly would become a member of anything that would give me insight into my adversaries tactics.

Phishers are too busy making money. 
Seriously though, they wouldn't learn anything they don't already know ... well except that we're on to them! Besides what do you propose we do? Ask anyone who volunteers whether they are a criminal?
Nothing like offending everyone applying to help out .... and a chuckle from any low-life phisher who might apply as you suggest. A convincing lie is one thing they are good at.

I suggested this to Paul - as lots of phishing scams have a botnet lurking in the background, i would be happy to help out getting the botnet aspect shut down nice and quick. open to suggestions on how to work this aspect of the phish game.
