Hi everyone,

It say the abuse addresses for Beijing Innovative Linkage Technology use huyan@dns.com.cn and cnreg@dns.com.cn they bounce back with a mailerdomain. I took the dns.com.cn and lookup the abuse addresses on deadbeef, abuse.net and dns stuff.

I got a litter back from abuse[at]dns.com.cn I also use these abuse addresses has well postmaster[at]dns.com.cn spam[at]ccert.edu.cn litao[at]dns.com.cn and support[at]ctid.com.cn for Beijing Innovative Linkage Technology.

First time I have seen this E-mail from abuse[at]dns.com.cn message before.

In the future....what you can do, is reference the dnsstuff (or who.is - if you use that) window, copy the "Registrar" name (in this case it is ÏÃÃÅÈýÎ廥Áª¿Æ¼¼¹É·ÝÓÐÏÞ¹«Ë¾)

And then, go to google or your other fav search engine, and paste in:
ÏÃÃÅÈýÎ廥Áª¿Æ¼¼¹É·ÝÓÐÏÞ¹«Ë¾

When I tried that, the first result was "35.com" well, lo and behold, "35.com" listed at the ICANN accredited/qualified registrars list has BLANK telephone AND e-mail.....

Bad ICANN, tricks are for spammers.....don't support criminals!

So, now we are left with a website, 35.com - which is in all chinese....so, reference translate.google.com

Just a matter of finding the real contact details (I wonder if abuse@35.com would work).

Complainterator does have addresses for 35 Technology:

You can paste the url for their website into the form at google.com/language_tools and it will translate the website. They've got quite a few email addresses; it's more of an issue knowing which is the right one.

I got lwloo@35.cn liveperson@35.cn ad@35.cn and abuse@35.cn to work.

What was strange I had to change my from address domain to get them all accepted. A couple got rejected when I used my comcast or spamcop address. Using my domain they all go through. I'm not sure if 35.com changed something or it is all in my head. Oh well it is working.

I had a report bounce from 35.cn. At tembow's suggestion, I wrote back and asked to be whitelisted.

Good news: I got a personal reply

Bad news: It's in Chinese, and Google Language is having a lot of trouble with it. I think he wants the bounce message and the original spam, so I'm sending that to his direct address. I'll see if it gets through. It doesn't bode well for there being people who will understand Complainterator reports, as this is the guy who understood enough English to answer me (and he did make specific reference to spam filters, so it's not an autoreply).

Edit: Bad news: That bounced, too.
