Comes in the guise of an eBay email, offering membership upgrade to 'eBay Power Seller' and with a clickable link in the email. No doubt this leads to a form involving inputting user name and password.
Amateurish, with spelling/grammatical errors. A WHOIS on the email source shows a Romanian root.

Have you reported it to anyone, such as the ISPs of the originating email or target URL or to ebay itself?
