Posted Monday 29th Dec 4:21pm Downunder Time

I'm gonna sound real stupid now arent i but - when i try to change the display properties on my Windows XP Professional machine, a msg pops up saying:
your system admin disabled the display control panel

It is my personal machine on which i am the system admin, think this happened after i installed the service pack 1, what do i need to do. Am i not enabled as root user?

please please help me. Question
