As I compose this message, you both appear to be online, which would indicate (unless you are using a laptop....now that would be dedication ) that your anticipated happy event has not yet occured. I wish you a speedy and uneventful milestone in your lives.

Thank you very much. Yes we are both online (I'm actually using the laptop ) but the baby hasn't come yet.

On another note.
My wife and I are in the process of buying a condo in the city. It is across the street from her new job. Since she has to claim residency in the city, the cost to rent would be the same to buy this new condo. Another investment property to add to the portfolio. One step closer to getting out.
