We do get posts like this, but they are usually at the end of a thread and so don't stand out so much. Sometimes we get the problem solved and never hear from that person again. But that's life, and if we have helped someone then we are still supporting the vision that Paul (Laudanski) created for this site.

Posts like yours are the icing on the cake. Being a separate thread makes it easier for the other staff to see it, too (20 views at the last count).
