Everytime when I try to start Microsoft Internet Explorer, it may stop abruptly (crash), and I receive the following error message: Iexplore.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If I click the Click link at the bottom of the message box, error signature information that is similar to the following error may appear:
AppName: iexplore.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: mshtmled.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1106
Offset: 00032cb1

Sometimes, the internet explorer is closing and giving the following error message:
The instruction at "0x04de799e" referenced memory at "0x04de799e". The memory could not be "read".
Ok to close. Cancel to debug.

Any clues as to what's happening? I appreciate any help I can get.

Thank you and best regards,
Elvira
