System Properties is not showing my CPU model. (It use to work just fine just shows the MB of Ram available)
Control Panel Folder background is all white, (i swear it was blue or something like that)
The start menu is not showing my picture / image among with the user account name.

(I recently updgrade my PC and added 256 MB of memory)

Please somebody Help me figure this out

Thanks

Hi maverick,

Not too sure about the system properties not showing the CPU model or the start menu not showing the pic.

I do know control panel changes the color of the background from blue to white when you switch to classic view in the left hand pane (this is assuming you are running Windows XP).

None of those are problems with the system though, so if that's the only problems you are running into, then your PC seems fine to me. Just personal preferences I guess.
