|
|
I´m having a problem with my win XP.
The system restarts and can´t boot again. When the windows logo appears, the system restarts again.
I just can start my computer again, after several minutes before I had shutdown it.
Another curious thing: I´ve tried to use Ad-Aware and AVG to search for a possible Virus or Spyware but in the middle of the search (Analyzing C:/Windows...) the System shutdown to.
Please, can anyone help me?

Hi there,
Please try booting in Safe Mode. Reboot, when you see the first black screen repeatedly tap the F8 key and in the menu that appears choose Safe Mode. Log into your account and perform a full scan with both AVG and Ad-Aware. Then see if you can reboot normally. Let us know what, if anything, the scans found and removed.
