Hi, could someone tell me why? When I try to download there is no option to "Open" or "Run". I only get the usual gray download popup with only the option to "Save" or "Cancel.
I am running Windows XP SP2 and use Kerio Personal FW, Pop up Blocker (free edition), and Antivir. I can't seem to find any settings for this.

Consider that a good thing.
To just indiscriminately open or run an executable from the
internet without first scanning it can be disastrous. Be glad
that you don't have that option.
You should save it to (a location that you choose) and scan
it first. Then you can open it and run it.

Open then windows explorer. In tools menu select folder options
and select the File type tab. Then select the file extension that your
talking about, click the advanced button and mark the Open after
